Monthly plans
Monthly plans are ideal for ongoing monthly services and long-term projects. Your monthly plans will be customized to meet your specific needs and the tasks within each month can be changed, as required.
Please note:
- time is tracked in 15-minute increments;
- monthly plans are billed in advance, and payment is due upon receipt of invoice;
- a signed service agreement is required before any work begins.
Large-Scale Projects
For large-scale design projects, such as web or annual report design, a flat project fee will be agreed upon before any work is performed.
Please note:
- a 50% deposit is required before any work begins with the remaining amount payable upon project completion;
- a signed service agreement is required before any work begins.

- Initial phone/video consultation is free.

- All fees listed are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- All virtual assistant services are subject to 13% HST.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance, and payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
- Rush jobs (after hours or on weekends) are subject to a 15% surcharge.
- Unused monthly plan fees are non-refundable.
- Additional expenses such as printing, stock photo purchases, postage, courier fees, domain registration, web hosting etc. will be billed directly to the client at cost.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do the hours in my monthly plan roll over?
The hours in your monthly plan do not roll over. However, you can downgrade to a plan with fewer hours the next month (48 hours before your renewal date).
Can I change my monthly plan based on how busy I am?
Since monthly plans are paid for in advance, you can downgrade or cancel your monthly plan for the next billing cycle, as long as you provide 7 days written notice.
Can I upgrade my plan in the middle of a billing cycle?
Yes. As your virtual assistant, I will be able to gauge how quickly you are using up your hours for the month. If I feel more time is required to complete the work before the end of a billing cycle, I will be in touch to discuss topping up your plan.
What are the financial benefits to using a virtual assistant?
When you work with a virtual assistant, you’re paying ONLY for the time spent on the required tasks or project. You don’t have to worry about payroll, vacation pay, employee benefits or sick days. There is no need to purchase additional office space, software or equipment, and no employee downtime for training.
